Legal Help for Immigrants in the U.S.
We help you organize your immigration documents and move forward with confidence
Not having an immigration plan is also a risk.
Living in the United States as an undocumented resident often means being constantly alert, defensive, and bracing for any situation that could threaten your stay. A simple change in law, an unexpected immigration appointment, a clerical mistake, or an unwanted street encounter could disrupt your life, your family, and your stability.
If you've been waiting for answers for years, consulted multiple attorneys for different needs, and are tired of paying over $700 per service, Tingen Law has created a solution an all-in-one affordable plan for immigration legal assistance. You may have heard about FOIA, TPS, or legal powers of attorney, but no one has explained how they apply to your case or whether you even need them.
Amid all this uncertainty, your legal documents pile up in envelopes. You don’t know what to do if ICE detains you tomorrow. Even though your children were born here, you still don’t have a plan, and you’re unsure where to store your paperwork—or what to do with it.
That’s why at Tingen Law, after listening to these concerns, we decided to create Access: so that you never again have to feel alone, uninformed, or unsupported when facing the immigration system. This membership isn’t for when you already have a big problem. It’s so that you’re prepared before that problem arrives.
What is Access+?
Access+ is a monthly membership created by the immigration attorneys at Tingen Law in Virginia. It’s designed to help you stay on top of the complex tasks that keep your immigration status secure—without having to pay high fees for every service, consultation, or form you need.
With over ten years of experience, we've learned that while not every situation requires a lawyer, being prepared, informed, and supported is always essential. That’s why we created Access+: to give you practical legal tools, ongoing legal assistance, and reliable resources so you can make confident decisions without feeling alone.
By joining Access+ from Tingen Law, you’ll receive legal services for immigrants such as:
- Ongoing Legal Support: A monthly check-in with a supervised legal assistant to review your case, answer questions, and update your emergency plan.
- Complete Legal Organization: We collect and digitize your most important documents and store them securely in a shared Google Drive folder for easy access.
- Real Preparation and Emergency Protection: Includes an annual legal power of attorney—ready to use in case of an emergency.
- Transparency Through FOIA Requests: Each year, we submit a request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to keep you informed about the information the federal government has on your immigration history.
- Clear Legal Education: Access to attorney-led explainer videos and downloadable guides on key immigration topics, presented in a simple, easy-to-understand format.
- Connection to a Supportive Community: Join an exclusive members-only forum where you can ask questions, share experiences, and learn from others in similar situations.
- Real Legal Savings: After 6 and 12 consecutive months of membership, you’ll receive special discounts on additional legal services.
Designed for those who need ongoing guidance but can’t afford monthly legal consultations. Immigration Access+ does not include general legal representation. We do not represent you in any immigration matter unless you sign a separate, written agreement for that specific legal service. All Immigration Access+ services are provided in Spanish unless stated otherwise.
